小一入學統籌辦法

現行的小一入學機制,分為「自行分配學位」和「統一派位」兩個階段:

自行分配學位

每所官立及資助小學會將其小一學額的大約50%作為「自行分配學位」之用。在「自行分配學位」階段,家長可替其子女向一間位於任何小一學校網的官立或資助小學,遞交小一入學申請表,申請該校的自行分配學位。自行分配學位分為兩類:

甲. 供有兄/姊在該小學就讀或父/母在該小學就職的申請兒童的學位

– 約佔學校小一學額的30%
– 未能盡用的學額,學校可根據「計分辦法準則」自行分配
– 如有不足之數,以原本預留作統一派位的學額填補
– 凡屬此類別的申請兒童,必獲取錄

乙. 根據「計分辦法準則」分配的學位

– 佔學校小一學額不少於20%
– 若申請兒童的數目超出其學位數目時,學校須按照下列「計分辦法準則」甄選學生:

一. 父/母全職在與該小學同一校址的幼稚園或中學部工作(20分)
二. 兄/姊在與該小學同一校址的中學部就讀(20分)
三. 父/母為該小學的校董(20分)
四. 父/母或兄/姊為該小學的畢業生(10分)
五. 首名出生子女﹙即為家庭各子女中最年長者﹚(5分)
六. 與該校的辦學團體有相同的宗教信仰 #(5分)
七. 父/母為該小學主辦社團的成員 ##(5分)
八. 適齡的兒童﹙即翌年九月開課時年滿五歲八個月至七歲﹚(10分)

## 在遞交申請表前,家長/監護人宜直接向申請的學校查詢有關「主辦社團的成員」的定義。

註 : 申請兒童只能在第(一)至第(五)項中選一項填報;而在第(六)至第(七)項中,亦只能申報其中一項。所有申報的關係必須證明屬實,才可以獲得有關分數。

學校在甄選自行分配學位的申請兒童時,不可進行任何形式的面試或筆試。在「計分辦法準則」下,學校原則上沒有需要約見申請兒童。但若學校為個別理由而決定約見,則必須通知有關家長約見的目的及詳情。然而,申請兒童是否獲學校取錄,取決於「計分辦法準則」的得分而絕非面見的結果。

若有申請兒童在「計分辦法準則」下得分相同,而申請兒童數目亦超過學校剩餘的自行分配學位的學額,學校應以隨機方式甄選同分的申請兒童。學校可自行抽籤,但須秉承公平、公正的原則,或交由教育局中央處理。學校應預先通知申請兒童的家長/監護人校方將採用的甄選方法及有關細節。

統一派位

學校須預留其小一學額的大約50%作統一派位。統一派位分為甲、乙兩部分。甲部佔統一派位學額的10%,為不受學校網限制的學校選擇,家長可選擇不超過三所香港任何官立或資助小學。乙部佔統一派位學額餘下的90%,申請兒童的家長須根據其統一派位選校名單內的小學作出選擇。家長應依照意願,盡量將可供其選擇的小學排列先後次序,並填入選擇學校表格內。

統一派位電腦程序首先會處理甲部的選擇,然後處理乙部的選擇。派位過程基本上是以家長的選擇為依歸,若個別學校的申請人數多於其小一學額,電腦會按申請兒童的「隨機編號」決定分配學位的優先次序,務求公允。電腦首先會依據「隨機編號」次序審閱所有申請兒童在甲部填寫的第一選擇。當電腦審閱完畢所有申請兒童的第一選擇後,再依次序審閱未獲派位申請兒童的第二選擇,然後第三選擇。未能在「不受學校網限制」的選擇中獲派學位的申請兒童,電腦會依上述程序處理他們在乙部的選擇,直至每名申請兒童皆獲得分配一個小一學位為止。當所選學校的學額已全部派出而仍有申請兒童未獲學位時,有關的申請兒童會被分配到未有填選的所屬「小一學校網」的選校名單內的學校就讀。

直接資助計劃(直資)小學及私立小學

直資小學及私立小學並不在小一入學統籌辦法之內。家長如希望子女入讀直資小學或私立小學,可自行向有關學校申請。家長須留意,凡獲直資小學取錄的學生,在接受直資小學小一學位後,將不能透過小一入學統籌辦法獲派小一學位。如已透過小一入學統籌辦法獲派學位,該學位亦會被取消。

All personal data collected and held by the Company will be kept confidential, but where disclosure is necessary for the Company to comply with any statutory obligations or requirements, or for the Company to provide the Services to you or to carry out the original purpose, or a directly related purpose, for which the personal data were collected, those data may be provided to the following parties (whether within or outside Hong Kong):
    2.  Competent court of law, law enforcement agencies, or other governmental or statutory authorities, institutions or organizations;
    3. Company’s associated companies, business partners, contractors, agents, sellers or suppliers of the goods/services, or other service operators, who are involved in the sales and marketing, administration or provision of the Services;
    4. Any other person under a duty of confidentiality to the Company including a member of its group of companies, IT consultants, data processors, auditors, accountants, or lawyers, which has undertaken to keep such information confidential; and
    5. Any questions, comments, suggestions or information other than personal data sent or posted to our website, or any part of the site by you will be considered as voluntarily provided to the Company on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis. We reserve the right to use, reproduce, disclose, transmit, publish and/or post elsewhere such information freely, including passing it to any associated company for example, in connection with the development and marketing of services and to meet user needs.
    6.  We may share non-personal data such as anonymised data and aggregated data relating to without limitation sales transactions, user traffic, logistics and warehouse performance publicly and with our partners including without limitation with existing and potential business partners, sellers or suppliers of the goods/services, start-up entrepreneurs and academics.
    7.  All reasonable efforts are made to ensure that any personal data held by the Company is stored in a secure and safe place.
    8. All personal data which we collect is kept confidential to the best of our ability. You will appreciate however, that we cannot guarantee the security of transmission.
    9.  If you engaged into our business partners’ products or services including without limitation insurance products, your personal data will be transferred to that business partner and your personal data will be used, processed and stored in accordance with that business partner’s privacy policy, which is outside our control. Please refer to the relevant privacy policy of our business partner.
  1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE HONG KONG
    1. If necessary, the Company may transfer the personal data to places outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for carrying out the purposes, or the directly related purposes, for which the personal data were collected. All the transfer of those personal data will be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the PDPO.
  2. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. If your mobile number is used for account login, you shall ensure that timely update is made by logging in to your account at “Account Profile” when your mobile number is to be changed or returned to your mobile operator. This is important to ensure that your account information will not be accessed by a third party who may have acquired the right to use your discarded mobile number. You are solely responsible for securing your account in this particular way. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage in this regard.
    2. Unless there is a mandatory legal requirement for us to keep your personal data for a specified period, we will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data were originally collected.
  3. DIRECT MARKETING
    1. From time to time, the Company may use your personal data to send you news, offers, promotions and joint marketing offers and the Company requires your consent for that purpose. We may contact you by email, social media, SMS, text/picture/video message, telephone or mail.
    2.  Your name, email address, telephone number, contact address, social media contact, date of birth, products and services portfolio information, transaction patterns and behaviors, browsing records, content viewing habits and personal interests held by the Company may be used by the Company in direct marketing of the Services and the following products or services offered by the Company’s business partners,

If you prefer not to receive any direct marketing communications from us or our marketing partners, you can opt out at any time by updating your preferences through your registered account or an unsubscribe link provided. Upon receipt of your request, we shall cease to so use your personal data as soon as possible without charge to you.

    1. A cookie is a small text file which is placed onto your computer (or other electronic device) when you access the Company’s website. We use cookies on our website to:
      1. recognise you whenever you visit this website
      2. obtain information about your preferences, viewing and browsing behavior, online movements and use of the Internet

      4. carry out research and statistical analysis to help improve our Services and to help us better understand our visitor and customer requirements and interests

    2. The information we obtain from our use of cookies may not contain your personal data. Although we may obtain information about your computer or other electronic device such as IP address, browser settings, browsing records, and/or other Internet log information, this may not be able to identify you personally. To the extent that non-personal data is combined with personal data, we treat the combined data as personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy Statement. In certain circumstances we may collect personal data about you, but only where you voluntarily provide it by completing an online form, or where you purchase goods from our website or use the Services.
    3. If you want to disallow the use of cookies, you can do so on your own web browser. If you disable cookies, you acknowledge that you may not be able to use some of the functionality of our website.

    1.  This Privacy Policy Statement only applies to the Company’s website. Our website may contain links to other sites and pages. By activating a link, such as for example by clicking on the banner of an advertiser, you leave our website and the Company does not exercise control over any personal data or any other information you give to any other entity after you have left our website.
